Exploring Art lessons can be purchased either with or without supplies. For your convenience, we have priced the supplies per student. The supply kits come with everything your students will need to complete the lesson. If you do not see a "supplies per student" cost, we do not ship supplies for that particular project. Our Supply kits DO NOT include common supplies such as markers, paintbrushes, glue, scissors, etc.

MATERIALS:
- Exploring Art Lessons list the suggested materials needed for the completion of a project. However, we know that many educators do not have the necessary funding for special supplies. Please feel free to modify the supplies at your convenience. For example, many teachers prefer crayons over markers. Be creative and use whatever products you have access to.

ESTIMATED TIME LENGTH FOR LESSONS:
- Exploring Art lessons are designed to be taught in 1-2 hour periods. However, use your discretion. There are so many variables when working with children. You may want to divide the lesson up. Maybe draw one day, and paint or color the next. This works well with younger students. If you see that your little ones are getting tired, stop and revisit the project another day. Its always discouraging to see such a nice drawing that was then scribble colored because your student didnt feel like finishing it! Another suggestion would be to have an "ART DAY" where you can have students work on projects until they are finished.

CLEAN KIDS:
- Make sure to have your students wear aprons or oversized "messy shirts" when doing art. Many supplies DO NOT come off of clothing. Art is fun, but getting in trouble for ruining clothes is NOT! If you are interested in purchasing aprons or t-shirts for "ART" purposes, contact us for prices.
