Students will decorate a ceramic bowl with sea life from the Great Barrier Reef using Aboriginal techniques. Includes a storybook!
African Mask
Students create an African mask adorned with trade bead earrings. They learn to score and slip the clay pieces.
Autumn Leaves Wind Chimes
Using fall patterns students create wind chimes in warm hues.
Bonsai Tree
After making a clay pinch pot, students create a bonsai tree from wire and twisted paper.
Fountain
Students create their own working tide pool water fountain from clay.
Jellyfish Wind Chime
Stringing together tentacles of clay sculpted by the students, a jellyfish is created.
Leopard Plate
Using guided drawing and glaze layering techniques students decorate the provided plate with their leopard.
Lighthouse
Students hand build the lighthouse and cliff with the use of templates. After glazing and firing the lighthouse, a blinking light kit is added.
Lighthouse Tiles
Students are guided through the lighthouse drawing on a 6x6 bisque tile. Tiles are finished with under glaze colors and glaze.
Zuni Indian Plate
Pre-made plates are glazed in southwestern Indian designs.
Rain Forest Box
A ceramic box and lid are created using squares of clay. Each side is decorated with rain forest animals and flowers sculpted from clay.

Four hand-made tile coasters are created using clay and rubber stamps.
